Si parte da un dipinto liberamente ispirato a “Il Tormento di Sant’Antonio” di Michelangelo Buonarroti, nel quale il santo sospeso in aria lotta contro i demoni. Con questa immagine di copertina si presenta il tanto atteso ritorno di NTO’ (al secolo Antonio Riccardi) che dopo lo scioglimento dei Co'Sang ha intrapreso la carriera solista. Un concept di 12 brani in lingua italiana e napoletana nato dall'intenzione di sviluppare metriche e linee melodiche per dare al rap la possibilità di evadere dalla semplice definizione di "fiume di parole".
